Maggie Rhine oversees day-to-day operations and leads the charge on social media marketing for Kim Lummus Interiors. From streamlining project workflows to crafting content that captures the heart of the KLI brand, Maggie ensures that the behind-the-scenes runs as beautifully as the finished spaces.
Maggie is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration. An Orlando native, she now lives in Maitland with her husband, Justin, and their two boys, William and Ben. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys the beach, needlepoint, and is working on mastering Mahjong. Fun fact: she met Kim after winning a KLI auction prize at her sons' school!

Lindsey Kovaleski is a marketing professional born and raised in Orlando, Florida, with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and meaningful brand experiences. With over 15 years experience across education, non-profit, and consumer facing industries, she brings a thoughtful and data-informed approach to KLI's digital presence.
Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, watching college football, and spending time with her husband, Mike, two daughters, Lila and Evie, and rescue dogs, Winnie and Coco. Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Florida, earned a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University.

Kim Lummus, founder of Kim Lummus Interiors, has nurtured a lifelong passion for interior design, inspired by the belief that a home should evoke warmth and express personal style. Her journey in design began early, with a deep understanding that every space tells a story.
Before founding Kim Lummus Interiors, Kim honed her skills at Lauren Ayers Interiors, where she gained invaluable experience working on projects of all sizes. Her expertise lies in capturing the unique personality and functionality of each client, crafting spaces that are both timeless and elevated.
Kim's personal style is heavily influenced by nature, especially the beach. As a fourth-generation Floridian who grew up in Miami, she gravitates toward coastal-inspired
designs that blend layers and textures in a clean, timeless way. This signature approach ensures every home she touches feels both luxurious and livable.
When she's not designing, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jim, and their King Charles Cavalier, Rosie. She's also a proud mom to Jackson and Landry, and she loves attending their activities and events. In her spare time, you might find her playing tennis or adding her personal touch to her own home. Kim holds a bachelor's from Auburn University and a master's from Tufts University.
